You must be 13 or older to send a photo, a fix, or a checklist. The quarterly giveaway, when one is open, is 18 or older (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi).
Before a photo is sent you confirm:
You keep your copyright. You give ohhORACLE a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license, which we may sublicense to ohh apps and our service providers. It lets us host, store, copy, resize, reformat, display and distribute the photo to run, show and promote ohhORACLE and other ohh apps, with credit to your handle unless you turn credit off. We won’t sell your photo by itself or license it to outside companies as a stock image.
The license is non-exclusive and sublicensable to ohh apps and service providers. You can ask us to stop using a photo. We take it off the card, reverse the Rep for it, and void any current-quarter giveaway entry that came from it. A private copy may stay until a counter-notice window ends, then we delete it.
Rep is a reputation score that shows how reliable your contributions have been. It has no cash value. It isn’t money, property, or a prize, and you can’t buy, sell, trade, transfer, gift or redeem it for cash, Stardust, credit, or anything else. Rep doesn’t affect giveaway odds. We may adjust or reverse Rep for rejected, removed or fraudulent contributions, and we may change how Rep works. Rep ends when your account closes.
Your handle can show next to an approved photo and on the leaderboard. You can turn either off. Don’t use an email address or a phone number as a handle.
When a quarterly giveaway is open, we store a hash of a verified phone number, a verified flag, and the time it was verified. We do not store the phone number itself. One phone can be linked to one account. A phone already on another account is rejected. The same check applies whether the entry comes from an approved contribution or from Get free entry. A government ID is checked only for a potential winner, before a prize ships, and we do not store the ID.
Removal requests: Takedown & contact.
